Faced with the unusual situation of needing to access and replace heating valves hidden behind a cylinder tank, the most practical option was to knock through an internal cavity block wall.
We were very lucky that Marlam Construction Ltd were able to attend at short notice (due to severe weather affecting their local new build). The next day Ashley and John created a double aperture complete with lintels. They worked carefully around existing pipework and went the extra mile in making sure there was adequate space for the plumbers to repair the valves. They protected the house from dust and left everywhere spotlessly clean.
We have no hesitation in recommending Marlam Construction Ltd and we have already had discussions regarding our future projects.

I contacted Marlam to do a kitchen installation when our intended fitting team dropped out. Right from the start Neil was extremely helpful and responsive, agreeing to do the install at short notice. He always answered our calls and questions and I never once had any concerns about their ability to get the job done to our complete satisfaction. All of the Marlam team did a fantastic job but I have to make a special note of their chippy, Jake and Adam, the electrician, who both went above and beyond our expectations in terms of their dedication and professionalism. We now have a very nice new kitchen and Marlam Construction are a team that I would definitely recommend. Thank you Neil for a great job, and merry xmas to all at Marlam.
